Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

Serves 6

Ingredients:

2 lb russet potatoes
Water, for boiling
3 cloves garlic
1/3 cup milk
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

1. Place potatoes in a large pot, cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes.

2. Drain water and transfer to a mixing bowl. Mash potatoes until smooth. Add milk, cheese, salt and garlic, beat until light and fluffy.
