Sesame Chicken WingsServes 6 to 8 |
Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce | 1/3 cup water | 1/4 cup sugar | 2 tablespoons sesame oil | 4 green onions with tops, rinsed, dried, trimmed and sliced | 1/2 medium onion, peeled and sliced | 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced | 1 tablespoon sesame seeds | 1/4 teaspoon pepper | 3 lbs. chicken wings | Directions:- Combine the first 9 ingredients in a glass baking dish. Add chicken wings and thoroughly coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, turning occasionally.
- Remove chicken to a shallow rack in a baking pan; discard marinade.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Turn and bake an additional 20 minutes longer or until wings are tender and fully cooked.
