Chicken Pasta Supreme Salad

Serves 12 | 

Perfect for picnics and parties.



Ingredients:

2 cups chopped chicken
1 lb rotini pasta
1 cup chopped broccoli florets
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse and drain.
  2. Combine chicken, pasta broccoli, carrots and tomatoes in large bowl.
  3. Stir in yogurt and mayonnaise to pasta mix, coat evenly.
  4. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Toss again before serving and enjoy.
