Rice Krispie Ice Cream Cake

Serves 10 | 

A dessert unlike any other.



Ingredients:

1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup dry roasted peanuts
4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1/2 gallon French vanilla ice cream
Hot fudge topping, for serving

Directions:

  1. Line a large pan with foil. Set aside. Melt butter in a large microwaveable bowl. Stir in brown sugar, peanuts, and Rice Krispies until evenly combined. Spread half of mixture over bottom of prepared pan.
  2. Spoon ice cream over cereal mixture, and smooth with a spatula. Top ice cream with remaining cereal mixture. Place in the freezer and chill until solid.
  3. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving and cut into 10 pieces and serve with warm hot fudge topping.
