Barbecue Bacon Chicken Kabobs
Serves 8 |
With just a few simple ingredients, this is one delicious grilled dish.
|1 lb chicken breasts, cut into chunks |
|1/2 lb thick cut bacon, cut into quarters |
| Barbecue sauce, your preference |
|1 onion, chopped |
|1 red pepper, chopped |
| Kosher salt, to taste |
| Ground black pepper, to taste |
|8 skewers |
- Heat grill to medium.
- Alternate chicken, bacon and vegetables on skewers.
- Season with salt and pepper. Brush with barbecue sauce.
- Cook kabobs for 10-15 minutes.
