Bacon, Ranch and Sriracha Chicken Skewers

Serves 4 | 

Simply, saucy and super tasty.



Ingredients:

1 1/2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
8 slices bacon
1 lb chicken breasts, cut into small chunks
1/2 cup Ranch dressing
1 teaspoon chili powder
4 wooden skewers, soaked in water

Directions:

  1. Combine Sriracha sauce, bbq sauce, ranch dressing and chili powder. Mix well.
  2. Place chicken breasts in resealable bag. Pour sauce in bag and coat chicken evenly. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3. Remove chicken form bag. Wrap chicken with bacon. Thread chicken and bacon on skewers.
  4. Heat grill to medium. Place chicken on grill. Cover and cook for 10-14 minutes. Turn chicken to evenly cook.
