Easy and Healthy Mozzarella Cheese Stick

Serves 1 | 

A two ingredient recipes that’s almost too good to be true.



Ingredients:

Cooking spray
1 eggroll or wonton wrapper, (more for additional cheese sticks)
1 Mozzarella cheese stick, (more for additional cheese sticks)
Olive oil, (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Unroll eggroll/wonton wrapper. Place cheese stick on one end, tightly roll cheese stick up. Place seam side down on baking sheet. (Optional, brush with olive oil)
  4. Bake 10-12 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and flip over, cook additional 5-8 minutes. (Optional, brush with olive oil for a golden brown finish on both sides)
  6. Remove from oven, serve soon after. Use dipping sauce, if desired.
