Crispy and Crumbly Raspberry Cream Bars

Serves 12 | 

A fantastic combination of texture and flavor, creamy, crunchy and delightfully sweet.



Ingredients:

20 oz raspberries
6 oz raspberry gelatin
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
8 oz whipped cream
1 cup pretzels, (crushed)
8 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup butter, (melted)
2 cups water, (boiling)
3/4 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine boiling water and gelatin in a bowl. Mix together evenly, add in raspberries. Put bowl in refrigerator.
  2. Heat oven to 350° F. Stir together 4 tablespoons sugar, butter, graham crackers and pretzels. Place ingredients in baking pan and bake for 9 minutes. Let cool completely.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, remaining sugar and whipped cream. Mix ingredients together, spread over crust in pan.
  4. Remove raspberry gelatin from refrigerator, place on top of whipped cream layer. Place baking pan in refrigerator to cool.
