Homemade Chicken NuggetsServes 12 | Replace those frozen nuggets with these delicious homemade morsels.
Ingredients:
| 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese | | 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder | | 1 lb boneless chicken breasts | | 3 cups corn flakes | | 1/4 cup flour | | 1/2 teaspoon salt | | 2 eggs, beaten | | 1/4 teaspoon onion powder | Directions:- Cut chicken into 12 pieces. Set chicken aside.
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- Crush corn flakes into fine texture. Add to a medium bowl. Mix in onion powder, cheese, garlic powder and salt.
- Coat chicken in flour, dip into beaten eggs then into corn flake mix.
- Place prepared chicken on baking sheet and cook 12-15 minutes.
