Fabulous Feta & Artichoke Spread


1 package Crackers with Roasted Garlic & Herbs
4 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
1/4 cup red bell peppers, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped


  1. Place crumbled Feta cheese and cream cheese in a food processor container.
  2. Cover and process until smooth. Stir in the artichoke hearts, chopped red pepper and chopped fresh dill.
  3. Spread the mixture on crackers or toasted baguette slices.
