Baileys Irish Coffee Float

A simple yet sophisticated libation.
Serves 2 | 


4 scoops chocolate ice cream
6 oz Baileys Irish Cream
2 cups coffee
Whipped cream, for topping, optional


  1. Place 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream into two tall glasses. Pour 3 oz. of Baileys Irish Cream and 1 cup of coffee into each glass.
  2. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
