Frozen Peach-Pineapple Pops

The perfect refreshing summer treat.
Serves 14 | 


2 cups fresh peach slices
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
3 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice


  1. In a small bowl, mix together peaches and sugar; cover then chill for 10 minutes.
  2. Add peach-sugar mixture, pineapple juice and lemon juice in a blender; process until smooth.
  3. Pour into 14 pop molds then insert pop sticks. Place in freezer for at least 5 hours.
