Grilled Honey-Soy Pork Steaks

A savory dish that's great for any occasion.
Serves 2 | 


2 pork blade steaks
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey


  1. Combine garlic, onion, lemon juice, soy sauce and honey in a mixing bowl. Place pork steaks in a resealable plastic bag, pour marinade over pork steaks, seal bag and place in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
  2. Remove steaks from marinade. Discard marinade.
  3. Preheat grill to medium. Place pork steaks on grill once hot and cook for 5-7 minutes per side.
