Mixed Greens with Zesty Orange Vinaigrette

A versatile and yummy dinner salad.
Serves 6 | 


1 head butter lettuce, washed and dried
1 head red leaf lettuce, washed and dried
1 cup baby spinach, washed and dried
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed orange juice
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
6 tablespoons walnut oil
1 green onion, minced
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Tear lettuce into medium pieces. Place lettuce into a large salad bowl,
  2. Combine walnut oil, white wine vinegar, orange juice, green onions, sugar, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined. Adjust salt and pepper as desired.
  3. Pour vinaigrette over salad, toss together and enjoy.
