Saucy Grilled Shrimp

A simple shrimp recipe with huge flavor.
Serves 8 | 

Ingredients:

1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons hot sauce
2 lb medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Directions:

  1. peanut butter, soy sauce, vegetable oil, sugar, water and hot sauce in microwave safe bowl. Heat for about 1 minute to dissolve sugar, mixing well.
  2. Thread shrimp onto soaked skewers.
  3. Brush shrimp with sauce and grill on covered grill 5-6 minutes, turning once and brushing with more sauce. Remove from grill and enjoy!
